What are some organizations or extracurricular activities you think new students should know about?
International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition (iGEM), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), or any minority in engineering org is a great way to meet peers!

If you attended ClarkLEAD as a first-year student, what did you enjoy most about the event?
The way they mixed all engineering students together to promote socializing between the majors. All instructors were super friendly and helpful with their advice as well!

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with new Maryland Engineering students?
Make sure you join an organization to make sure you socialize and also do something you enjoy!
