Sadrfaridpour, Behzad
Behzad Sadrfaridpour is an MRC Postdoctoral Fellow working with Drs. Yiannis Aloimonos, Miao Yu, and Yang Tao. His work is focused on robotics control engineering for enhanced human-robot collaboration, robotic manipulation, and underwater robotic platforms. Behzad received his Ph.D. from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University, SC in 2018. His work at Clemson University focused on human-robot interaction, human-in-the-loop control, manufacturing automation, and motion planning. He was a recipient of the Best Student Conference Paper Award at the 12th IEEE Conference on Automation Science and Engineering (2016) for the paper entitled "An Integrated Framework for Human-Robot Collaborative Assembly in Hybrid Manufacturing Cells."
