The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) announce a change in policy on application submissions.
Last August, NIH wrote that noncompliance with public access reporting in progress reports delayed funding for about 20 percent of noncompeting awards.
The Foundation’s entire suite of assistance-related Award Terms and Conditions has been revised to parallel changes made to the Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide.
NIH will issue non-competing research grant awards at a level below that indicated on the most recent Notice of Award.
In preparation for the Spring break campus closure, this is ORA’s annual reminder concerning proposal processing and submissions.
