UMD Driver Acknowledgement Form

All drivers of University of Maryland vehicles must read the Driving Rules for University Vehicles, sign this acknowledgement form, and return it to their department. The department must retain this signed form in the employee’s personnel file. University vehicles shall be operated only by drivers who have signed this acknowledgement form. Drivers of University of Maryland vehicles who are found in violation of these rules are subject to disciplinary action.
