FM Employment

The FMHR Employment team provides advice, guidance, and assistance, to supervisors and staff, on a variety of staffing, career development, and new hire issues. Primary activities include:

• Benefits enrollment/annual re-enrollment
• Employee death, family additions, and status/name changes
• Job postings/search, new position creation/position backfills and reclassification, temp and student staffing
• I-9 and work authorization
• Organization chart management
• Parking
• Resume review and mock interviews

Representatives in FM-HR Employment work closely with other departments on campus such as University Human Resources/Compensation, VPA HR Business Partners, Finance, and other appropriate representatives.
