Dr. Steven Gabriel was a keynote speaker at Infraday conference on applied infrastructure research in Berlin, Germany at the Technische Universität Berlin. He gave his talk on October 6, 2007 entitled " Modeling Infrastructure and Network Industries: Theory and Applications".
