The Division of IT Classroom Support team provides support services for General Purpose Classrooms. The team operates as the call center for AV, facilities, scheduling, and other issues in these classrooms. Additionally, the team provides instructor AV training, assists with AV system usage, and resolves problems with AV equipment. 

For special events in General Purpose Classrooms, UMD departments can request event AV support, including classroom AV system setup and troubleshooting as needed. Please contact us with your specific event staffing request for more information and detailed pricing. Non-UMD customers should contact Conference and Visitors Services to request event support.
