Issue
I requested a VMware Subscription through the VMWare License Request form last year. I was able to retrieve a 12-month product key, but now that my product key has expired, I need to retrieve another product key. I still have my Brightspace account, but when I select Request on any of the VMware product keys on https://itacademy.brightspace.com/d2l/home, I receive an error message that You do not appear to satisfy the conditions to receive this software license key.

Contact the IT Service Desk at itsupport@umd.edu to request assistance renewing your VMware Subscription. Please include the error message you're receiving so they can route your request to the appropriate team for resolution.
