1. Go to Pinnacle - UMD Network and Telecommunication page.
2. Click Name Change (Caller ID) on left side navigation menu.
3. Fill out the form. Ensure that the Customer Phone and Phone Number of Request fields have the correct information.
4. Enter the name requested in the New Name Display (Called ID) field.
5. Click Submit.
