Issue
The On-Call schedule is not rendering my Office Phone vs Mobile Number.
Environment
ServiceNow.
Resolution
Visit User Profile to update your ServiceNow Profile with your Mobile Phone number. Click on the Mobile phone field to enter the number.
Cause
Once a Mobile number is entered, This will be rendered to the agents viewing the on-call schedule. The system will only display one phone number. Once entered, the office phone number will no longer render.
