From your Cisco IP Phone:
- Press the Applications
button and select Extension Mobility. - In the UserID field, enter your Username (i.e. noc) and last three digits of your agent extension. For example, if your agent extension is 30981 then UserID is noc981.
- In the PIN field, enter Default PIN 321456 and Press Submit.
- Press Exit to return to the main screen.
