Download Zoom recordings

1. Sign in to your Zoom account.
2. Select Recordings and Transcripts in the navigation menu.
3. On the recording page, select the Export button.
   

Delete Zoom recordings from your account

1. Sign in to your Zoom account.
2. Select Recordings and Transcripts in the navigation menu.
3. Select the desired files, then select Delete.
4. In the Confirmation pop-up window, click Remove from List.

NOTE: If accessing cloud recording as a user and auto-delete is enabled, you will have the option to disable auto-delete if the option is not locked by your admin.
