I'm unable to access UMD services, like ELMS-Canvas, in Firefox because I'm receiving a Stale Request error when authenticating with the Central Authentication Service (CAS).

Central Authentication Service (CAS)

1. Open the Firefox app on your Mac or Windows PC.
2. Select the menu button in the top right corner of Firefox.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
5. Select Manage Data… in the Cookies and Site Data section. A pop-up with a list of websites will appear.
6. Enter umd.edu in the Search websites field. The list will filter so only umd.edu related sites are displayed.
7. Select umd.edu in the list of websites.
8. Select Remove Selected.
9. Select Save Changes. A confirmation window will appear.
10. Select Remove.

Please attempt to access the UMD service again.
