Issue
I am trying to sign into the Microsoft 365 applications with my UMD email and the correct passphrase, but I'm receiving a Your account or password is incorrect. error message. My passphrase works on the Central Authentication Service (CAS).

Resolution
Please change your Directory ID passphrase and try signing in to Microsoft 365 again. Please contact the IT Service Desk if changing your passphrase does not resolve the issue.
