1.  Install UMD Virtual Workspace (Remote Desktop) using the following instructions: Getting Started: Connecting with MacOS.
2. Open the Remote Desktop Application and open the Workspaces view. Select Reporting Tools Desktop from the UMD Virtual Workspace menu.
   
3. Using your UMD directory ID, sign into the Reporting Tools Desktop; this is a virtualized Windows environment. Using the start menu in the lower left corner, search for Power BI to open the application.
