Voicemail indicators
When you receive a new voicemail message, you will notice the following message indicators:
- A solid red light on your handset.
- A new voicemail icon to the right on your phone display.

Access your voicemail from your Cisco phone
Press the Messages button (left of the key pad) and follow the voice prompts. You will need your Voicemail PIN. Your PIN is initially set to 20742. Enter it, then press # (pound).

Access your voicemail from another phone
- Dial 301 405 5100, and press star (*).
- Enter your 5-digit extension (this is your Voicemail ID) and press pound (#).
- Enter your Voicemail PIN and press pound (#). You can also enter the ID and PIN of another voicemail box you own, if needed.
