This account request is for the state auditor. We wish to have  LDAP ID and the ability to create/apply for mainframe access and mainframe dev access 

An Affiliate account is assigned to someone who is neither a student or employee nor paid by the university. It grants limited services and is often used for a short-term relationship. For example, a department may give a visiting researcher access to email or high-performance computing by sponsoring an Affiliate account.
