Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) provides a secure and easy to deploy customer interaction management solution for up to 400 agents. It is an IP-based Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system that queues and distributes incoming calls destined for groups of Cisco Unified Communications Manager users (agents).
