GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network
GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network (VPN) establishes an encrypted connection with devices off-campus to the UMD network. The UMD campus community has access to this service at no additional cost.
DIT encourages you to install the GlobalProtect VPN client for testing purposes. While testing, please make sure you are not connected to Cisco VPN at the same time. If you run into any issues and want to notify the project team, you can do so at https://access.umd.edu.
