Issue
I am trying to sign into the Microsoft 365 applications with my UMD email and the correct passphrase, but I'm receiving a Your account or password is incorrect. error message. My passphrase works on the Central Authentication Service (CAS).
Environment
Microsoft 365/Office.
Resolution
Please Change your Directory ID Passphrase and try signing in to Microsoft 365 again. Contact the IT Service Desk if changing your passphrase does not resolve the issue.
