If my Zoom webinar request is approved for one date but I have to change the date, what should I do?
Answer
When you submit your request for a webinar, it will send the request to the Zoom administrators, and you will receive an email with your request number. You can reply to the email you received with the change. The administrators will update your request and send you a confirmation email that they received it.
If you don't receive a confirmation from the administrators and you want to make sure your change was received, you can reach out to the IT Service Desk and they will route a ticket to the Zoom administrators, asking them to confirm that they received the change.
