Archive policy

When videos stored in Panopto have not been viewed for 13 months or more, they enter an Archived state in which they are not viewable. Panopto provides these instructions about How to Restore Archived Content.  Once action has been taken to restore an Archived video, it may take up to 48 hours for the video to become viewable.

Content retention policy

At this time, UMD retains all content stored in Panopto indefinitely. Creators can follow these instructions to Permanently Delete Recordings.
