Purpose
Dashboards in ServiceNow are collections of reporting and performance analytics widgets that can assist you in understanding ticket data, workflow, and more. The dashboards that are available to you depends on your permissions in the system.
User role

Instructions
- In ServiceNow, select All.
- Search for Dashboard.
- Under Self-Service > Tasks, select Dashboards.
- You may be taken to the last Dashboard you viewed or the Dashboards Overview.
- From the last Dashboard you viewed, you can selected the Dashboard Overview icon to see all Dashboards available to you.
- From the Dashboards Overview, you can filter dashboards by group or search for dashboards.
