The Center for Engineering Concepts Development consists of an interdisciplinary team of faculty, staff and students who are engaged in a broad spectrum of innovative projects of contemporary interest in research and education. Research areas include energetics, sustainability, nanotechnology, heat transfer applications in space, autonomy, phthalates and advanced computational techniques. On the educational side we have successfully introduced a special course in the area of Engineering for Social Change, a unique look at philanthropy, social change and engineering.
