Email Template for Business Offices - "New Computing Device Received" Notifications
Use this "New Device E-Mail Template" to submit tickets for new devices that need to be picked up by EIT for DNCA tagging and/or imaging. This helps ensure that the device's intended recipient will properly receive updates concerning their machine, and should mitigate miscommunication issues throughout the ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not delete the section for the Service Desk, as it is necessary to ensure that tickets are properly allocated to their users.

E-Mail Subject Line: [Desktop/Laptop/Device Type] for Pick-Up & DNCA Tagging on behalf of [User/Purchaser].
E-Mail Body:
For Service Desk Consideration: (Please create a sub-ticket with the end user’s information detailed above. The sub-ticket will be used for the imaging process, not this delivery notification.)
A [Desktop/Laptop/Other Device] has been delivered and is ready to be picked up from [Business Office Building and Room Number] for DNCA tagging & configuration. Please see the information below concerning this delivery.
